Shpend Mehmeti is the Founder of TRU Startup company. Company that offers services on software development, Salesforce, performance management and the academy for students on Meta Learning – Learning how to Learn. His expertise includes cognitive psychology, performance management, CRM, communications skills and sales.He completed his Bachelor’s degree in Management and Informatics from Universiteti i Prishtinës “Hasan Prishtina” in 2019. Additionally, as a part of his management studies he participated in a leadership program at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität in München Germany.Before founding TRU, Shpend has worked for 8 years in different managerial roles in the private sector. Throughout his career, Shpend has demonstrated dedication, in a wide range of skills, and a strong commitment to driving innovation in the field of quality management, customer service and discovering different approaches on learning and productivity.
