As part of the Salesforce Customer & Market Insights team, Scott focuses on customer feedback at scale, leading the product and program strategy for the Salesforce IdeaExchange and Known Issues sites. His team works with customers and product teams to ensure customers influence the Salesforce product roadmap.
Previous to Salesforce, Scott held audit, technology and communication roles in the healthcare industry at McKesson, and IT advisory roles at EY.

Salesforce Certifications: the path to Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
I’m a Salesforce CTA, who has spent the last seven years developing AppExchange products. A graduate of the Silesian University of Technology, Wrocław University of Technology, and the AGH University of Science and Technology, currently obtaining Executive Education at Stanford Graduate School of Business. We would like to think that we have almost forgotten about the times when state-of-the-art release process involved only ANT, a few sandboxes and a version control system. The truth is, many Salesforce projects still do not care about sfdx cli, are reluctant to try out scratch orgs and automated testing is considered too much hustle.
